THE MENÙ
The "à la carte" menu allows a wide choice of dishes that are freshly prepared by Mauro, a chef of great experience and proven professionalism, assisted in the kitchen by his staff.
Fresh pasta, fillings, meat sauces, bread, focaccia, desserts, sorbets, are made daily by us without the use of canned products, preparations, additives, preservatives, dyes or the use of microwave ovens.
Raw materials are used, preferably from certified companies in the Mantua area, "short supply chain" and seasonal products.
IL BISTROT
Our Bistrot was born with the intention of offering a simple, tasty but above all healthy and natural cuisine that looks with special attention to the dishes of the Mantuan tradition (Mantuan classics), always present.
It also offers alternative dishes based on meat and fish that are changed every 15 days (menu of the day) using products of the earth that reflect the trend and the succession of the seasons.
The open kitchen allows you to follow the preparation of every single dish at any time.
